Management Accountant
Location: Birmingham
Salary: £45,000 - £55,000 DOE

Job Description
Service Care Solutions are working with a highly reputable accountancy firm who are seeking a qualified Management Accountant with 2–5 years' PQE within an accountancy practice to join their growing finance team. Please find below further details about this role.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare monthly management accounts across multiple group companies.
- Oversee month-end processes, WIP adjustments and financial reporting.
- Prepare VAT returns, budgets, cash flow forecasts and year-end accounts.
- Produce board packs and weekly performance reports.
- Support bookkeeping activities and mentor junior team members.

Candidate Criteria
- ACA, ACCA or CIMA qualified with 2–5 years' PQE in practice.
- Strong experience preparing management accounts.
- Excellent communication and organisational skills.
- Proficient with accounting systems; CCH experience is advantageous.
- Proactive, detail-oriented and keen to progress your career.
