Management Accountant
Permanent | London | £45,000 - £50,000 + 10% bonus | Luxury Retail | Hybrid (4 days a week in office)
JasperRose have partnered with a luxury fashion group that is looking for a Management Accountant. This is a fast-paced, high-growth business with a close-knit finance team, offering genuine proximity to both management accounting and inventory control.
This role will combine strong management accounting with real commercial and operational acumen, supporting senior finance leadership across budgeting, forecasting and performance reporting for the UK & Ireland operation and e-commerce. You'll work closely with the operations team on stock reconciliations, inventory flow and stock control, as well as partnering directly with the wholesale and retail teams.

Key responsibilities
- Reconciling and analysing stock devaluation, working closely with the operations and inventory control team on stock flows and reconciliations
- Owning the P&L by channel, analysing variances against budget and last year for UK and Ireland
- Owning monthly and quarterly reporting, including gross margin analysis
- Preparing store and wholesale P&Ls for CFO and CEO review
- Carrying out quarterly cost centre and profitability analysis, identifying variance drivers
- Building and maintaining a business performance dashboard across revenue channels.
About you
- 3+ years' experience in management accounting or FP&A, ideally within fashion, luxury or retail, with genuine exposure to stock/inventory reconciliation and control
- Already familiar with retail industry processes, flows and structures
- Advanced SAP, BW and Excel skills, including pivot tables and data modelling; Tableau experience a plus
- Italian is a strong plus but not essential
