Job Title: Management Accountant
Overview
Our client in the Manufacturing & Distribution sector is seeking to recruit a Management Accountant on a permanent basis, offering an annualized salary of £45,000 - £50,000, dependent on experience. Our client is an ambitious organization with a turnover of 80 million and a headcount of over 400 staff, located on the outskirts of Glasgow. They are looking for a Professionally Qualified accountant or an active studier at the latter stages of qualification with a desire to grow and add value across a commercial finance environment.

Role Responsibilities
The Management Accountant will report to the Finance Manager and will be responsible for:

- Provision of monthly management accounts
- Budgeting and forecasting across a multi-site environment
- Work with operations on margin, profitability, and product costing
This commercial finance role will work closely with the transactional team, operations, and leadership community, offering strong communication, analysis, and first-class reporting capabilities to steer decision-making.
Additional Responsibilities
- Support with new projects including investing in reporting tools
- Provide analysis on cash flow, fixed assets, and support with systems development
Requirements
- Strong Excel and systems skills would be advantageous
- Good planning and analysis experience gained in a similar environment
