Join our Finance team, where your insight makes a real difference! We are looking for a Management Accountant to join our team.
About the Role
Working closely with operational budget managers, you will provide support with budgeting, preparation and monitoring of monthly management accounts, forecasting expenditure and costing projects and proposals.
Key Responsibilities
- Preparation of monthly management accounts including accruals & prepayments.
- Monitor budgets against actual performance, analysing and explaining variances.
- Forecast expenditure and income for the financial year.
- Produce financial reports and information for managers across the company.
- Liaise with and support operational budget managers to enable them to manage their budgets effectively.
- Prepare costings for new services and support projects as necessary.
- Interpret and explain a variety of routine and more complex financial information to a variety of audiences.

You should have management accounting experience and be AAT qualified or equivalent.
Working Conditions
We operate hybrid working with an expectation of being office based at our Headquarters in Yate for 2 days a week.
