Management Accountant in the Property Industry
A Management Accountant in the property industry will play a key role in preparing financial reports and supporting decision-making with accurate data. This role helps ensure the smooth financial running of the business by managing budgets, forecasts and financial analysis.

Description
- Prepare monthly management accounts and reports for stakeholders.
- Manage budgets and forecasts to ensure financial objectives are met.
- Analyse financial data and provide insights to support decision-making.
- Oversee balance sheet reconciliations and ensure their accuracy.
- Assist with year-end accounts and liaise with auditors.
- Monitor cash flow and support cash management processes.
- Ensure compliance with financial regulations and internal policies.
- Support ad hoc financial projects as required by the business.
