We are working with a fast-growing, multi-disciplinary building services business to recruit a Management Accountant during an exciting phase of expansion.

The business has grown rapidly to become a nationwide provider of building services, and continued investment in new regional offices, an expanding service offering, and a growing customer base has created the need to strengthen its finance function.

This is a broad and hands-on Management Accountant role, offering exposure across multiple group entities and the opportunity to work closely with senior finance leaders in a business where finance plays a key role in supporting commercial growth and operational performance.

Why Join?

  • High growth business – Join a business that has experienced significant expansion, broadening both its geographical footprint and service offering. With continued investment and ambitious growth plans, this is an excellent time to become part of the finance team.

  • Varied & hands-on position – You'll take ownership of key areas of the month-end process whilst also becoming involved in VAT, rebate management, customer reporting, balance sheet reconciliations, and business analysis, providing excellent variety and development.
  • Collaborative finance team – Work within a close-knit finance function where you'll partner with colleagues across finance, operations, and commercial teams, contributing to process improvements and supporting wider business initiatives.
  • Career development – As the organisation continues to expand, there will be genuine opportunities to broaden your responsibilities and progress within an evolving finance function.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
