Overview
Mitchell Adam are pleased to be working with a successful international services business based in Warwick, who are looking to add a Management Accountant to their established finance team. This is a good opportunity for an accountant who has built a solid grounding in finance and is looking for a broader role, with exposure across management accounts, international accounting and the wider finance function from the outset.
The role will give you responsibility across a range of areas, including supporting the accounts of an overseas entity, contributing to UK management reporting and being involved throughout the month-end process. Alongside this, you’ll work with multi-currency transactions, VAT and financial analysis, giving you a varied workload and a good understanding of how finance operates across an international business.
You’ll also have the opportunity to contribute to process improvements and work closely with colleagues across the wider business, while receiving support from an experienced finance team. This would suit someone who is comfortable with the core elements of management accounting and is now looking for a role offering greater breadth, responsibility and the opportunity to continue developing professionally.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.
