Management Accountant (Qualified)

Location: London (office-based)

Reports to: Financial Controller

Job type: Full-time, permanent

Salary: £60,000 - £65,000

About us

We're a fast-growing UK residential property business focused on creating homes and neighbourhoods that work for real people. We're backed by one of Europe's largest residential property specialists, which gives us real scale and expertise, but we move with the pace and freedom of a much smaller business.

We're building as we go. Not everything is in place yet, and that's exactly what makes this an exciting time to join. We're looking for people who are curious, driven, set high standards and want to help shape the culture and the way we work.

The role

We're looking for a proactive and highly organised qualified Management Accountant to join our growing UK finance team in London.

This is a hands-on role for someone who wants to be close to the numbers and close to the business. You'll work across the full finance cycle for multiple entities, from ledgers and reconciliations through to management accounts, statutory reporting and lender packs. You'll also partner with operating teams, explaining what the numbers mean and helping them make better decisions. As the function grows, you'll help shape how it works.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
