Description
- Prepare and analyse monthly management accounts and financial reports.
- Monitor budgets and forecasts, providing insights on variances.
- Ensure compliance with financial regulations and company policies.
- Support year-end processes, including liaising with auditors.
- Provide financial analysis to assist decision-making across the business.
- Maintain and develop strong financial controls and processes.
- Collaborate with other departments to support financial planning initiatives.
- Assist in the preparation of tax returns and other statutory filings.
Profile
A successful Management Accountant should have:
- A professional accounting qualification (e.g. ACCA, CIMA, or equivalent).
- Experience in preparing management accounts and financial analysis.
- Multi site Management Accounts experience.
- Able to drive is essential.
- Strong knowledge of budgeting and forecasting processes.
- An understanding of financial regulations and compliance.
- Proficiency in accounting software and MS Excel.
- Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills.
- The ability to communicate financial information clearly to non-financial stakeholders.

Job Offer
- Salary: Between £50,000 and £55,000, dependent on the level of experience.
- Type: Permanent position with a hybrid working arrangement (2 days remote).
