Management Accountant - Fast Growth Creative Agency - London (Hybrid)

The Opportunity

We’re working exclusively with a fast-growing independent marketing services agency based in central London. With around 100 people all functions. As the business continues to grow, they’re looking for an ambitious Management Accountant to join their finance team reporting into the Finance Director.

This is a fantastic opportunity for a part-qualified accountant who wants more than a traditional finance role. Reporting directly to the Finance Director, you’ll gain broad exposure across management accounts, project finance, commercial analysis and business partnering, while working closely with teams across both the agency and production sides of the business.

What You'll Be Doing

• Supporting the preparation of monthly management accounts, helping ensure accurate and timely reporting.
• Working closely with the Finance Assistant and overseeing key transactional finance processes.
• Preparing and posting journals, including accruals, prepayments, depreciation and recharges.
• Completing balance sheet reconciliations and investigating variances.
• Supporting the month-end close and improving the efficiency of the reporting process.
• Preparing production and project reconciliations, working closely with account and production teams.
• Analysing revenue, costs and profitability across agency and production projects.
• Supporting project financial tracking and revenue recognition.
• Assisting with intercompany transactions and reconciliations.
• Supporting credit control and cash collection activity.
• Supporting the Finance Director with commercial analysis, projects and ad hoc strategic work.
• Assisting with year-end audit and statutory reporting requirements.
