About The Role

We have an exciting opportunity for a Management Accountant to join our friendly finance business partnering team. This role working with one other Management Accountant will take responsibility for producing monthly management accounts, annual budget setting and forecasting, and income & spend analysis, you will work closely with budget holders and as part of the wider Finance team to provide an effective and efficient finance service.

You will be encouraged and given the freedom to develop new ways of presenting financial information to ensure budget holders have an effective understanding, to support decision-making in the organisation.

About You

A positive and proactive individual, you will have excellent finance skills and knowledge of preparing management accounts and budget setting.

About Us

Brunelcare is an award-winning Bristol-based charity providing high-quality housing, care, and support for older people in the South West whilst also recognised for our expertise and excellence in caring for people with dementia. We are at the forefront of developing ways for people to stay as independent as possible whilst creating great communities to live, work, and thrive.

The Finance Team comprises 18 roles split into 3 teams led by Heads of: Business Partnering & Expenditure, Financial Accounting & Income and Long-Term Financial Planning & Treasury. The Management Accountant role reports into the Head of Finance – Business Partnering & Expenditure.
