Management Accountant / Finance Business Partner
As a Management Accountant / Finance Business Partner in the construction industry, based in Runcorn, you'll play a key role in supporting financial decision-making and business planning. You'll manage financial data, provide insights, and ensure the smooth running of accounting processes to help the organisation meet its goals.

Description
- Prepare and analyse financial reports to support business planning and decision-making.
- Monitor budgets and forecasts, identifying variances and providing actionable insights.
- Collaborate with department heads to ensure financial alignment with organisational goals.
- Manage month-end and year-end financial closing processes.
- Provide financial modelling and analysis for strategic initiatives.
- Ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulatory requirements.
- Assist in the preparation of annual budgets and long-term financial plans.
- Support the audit process and liaise with external auditors as required.

Profile
A successful Management Accountant / Finance Business Partner should have:
- Professional accountancy qualification such as ACA, ACCA, or CIMA.
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Experience in financial reporting, budgeting, and forecasting.
- Knowledge of accounting principles and standards.
- Ability to communicate financial information clearly to non-financial stakeholders.
- Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel.

Job Offer
- Salary ranging from £50,000 to £60,000, dependent on the level of experience.
