The Role

We are seeking a Management Accountant to join a finance team and support financial reporting, consolidation, statutory accounting, compliance, and process improvement activities across multiple entities.

This is an excellent opportunity for a finance professional looking to gain exposure to complex group structures, international reporting requirements, and stakeholder management within a growing investment-focused organisation.

Key Responsibilities

Financial Reporting & Analysis

  • Prepare quarterly management accounts for designated entities and third-party accounts.
  • Support the preparation of management reporting for larger group entities.
  • Assist with quarterly consolidation processes and supporting schedules.
  • Ensure accurate and timely reporting to international stakeholders.
  • Support the preparation of statutory financial statements for multiple entities.
  • Liaise with external auditors to ensure timely completion of audits and financial reporting.
  • Review financial statements prepared by third parties and identify significant changes or risks.

Audit & Compliance

  • Review VAT reporting, reconciliations, and related compliance processes.
  • Support tax and regulatory reporting requirements.

Process Improvement

  • Identify opportunities to improve reporting processes and operational efficiency.
  • Support the implementation and enhancement of finance systems.
  • Share knowledge and best practices across the finance team.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.

Team Support

  • Assist with day-to-day accounting operations, including journal review and payment processing.
  • Provide cover for key finance activities during team absences.
  • Collaborate closely with colleagues to support team performance and professional development.
