Management Accountant
I'm delighted to be exclusively partnered with a property company based in the Wigan area in their search for a Management Accountant. This will be a progressive role reporting into a brilliant Finance Director who aims to be a mentor to the successful candidate.
Client Details
My client is an ambitious, community-focused company who are looking to grow year on year. They put back into the local area and really want to drive community awareness upwards. Based in beautiful offices in a recently refurbished building and boasting a fantastic, supportive wider team.

Description
- Prepare monthly management accounts and financial reports.
- Assist with budgeting and forecasting processes.
- Monitor and analyse financial performance against budgets.
- Support cash flow management and financial planning.
- Ensure compliance with financial regulations and company policies.
- Provide accurate financial data to assist decision-making.
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve financial queries.
- Contribute to process improvements within the accounting function.

- Professional accounting qualification (ACCA/ACA/CIMA)
- Strong knowledge of management accounting practices and principles.
- Experience in preparing financial reports and budgets.
- Proficiency with financial software and Excel.
- An analytical mindset and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and organisational skills.
Job Offer
- Salary ranging from £50,000 to £55,000, dependent on the level of experience.
- 25 days of holiday plus 8 bank holidays.
- OFFICE-BASED role - with some flexi around start times etc.
