Role Description
We’re looking for a driven, hard-working individual to join our team to support the accounting & finance aspect of Slick Gorilla brand growth. The ideal candidate will have a solid finance & accounting background, be a confident, modern-minded, self-starter with a passion for forward-thinking brands and e-commerce.

You will be working across a multi-channel business with a presence across various markets, your role would include but not be limited to:
Key Responsibilities
- Preparing income and payment statements, P&L, and annual accounts
- Ownership of the delivery of monthly accounts for accurate financial reporting
- Recording sales, invoices, income, receipts, and payments
- P&L preparations and analysis of all costings across all business units
- Support the annual budget forecasting and setting with ongoing reviews
- Assist with ad hoc finance and accounting queries from stakeholders
- Maintaining a clear and well-documented record filing system
- Support and assist the wider team towards finance and accounting
- Preparation of corporation Tax
- Manage supplier debts & outstanding payments
- Ownership of PAYE, VAT returns, expenses, and audits
- Update and progress of business financial model

Key Experience
- 2 years accounting experience as an accountant, management accountant, junior accountant, or similar role
- Accounting accreditation
- Experience with financial accounting systems such as QuickBooks & Xero
- Experience with global markets and multiple sales channels
- Knowledge of e-commerce platforms such as Shopify
