Management Accountant - Client Services (Property Sector) - Up to £55,000 (DOE)
We’re working with a growing and highly regarded accountancy practice that’s expanding its outsourced finance team. They’re now looking to appoint a commercially minded Management Accountant to take ownership of a portfolio of property-based clients.
This is a brilliant opportunity for someone who enjoys client interaction, wants to step into a leadership role, and is looking to build long-term progression within a supportive and forward-thinking firm.
The Role
You’ll act as the main finance contact for your clients, combining technical delivery with relationship management and team oversight:

- Managing a portfolio of property management clients
- Preparing and reviewing monthly management accounts with clear commentary
- Supporting budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow reporting
- Overseeing bookkeeping, reconciliations, and transactional processes
- Leading and developing a small team of bookkeepers
- Building strong client relationships and attending regular meetings
- Driving process improvements and adding value to service delivery
What We’re Looking For
- ACA / ACCA / CIMA qualified or part-qualified
- Strong management accounts experience within practice or outsourced finance
- Confident working directly with clients and managing expectations
- Previous experience supervising or mentoring junior staff
- Organised, commercially aware, and comfortable in a fast-paced environment
