Management Accountant
We’re currently recruiting for an exciting opportunity with a growing Gloucestershire business looking to strengthen its finance team.
This would suit a part-qualified accountant, particularly someone currently working in accountancy practice, who is looking to make the move into industry and take on a broader, more commercially focused role.
The position offers significant exposure across management accounting, financial reporting, cash flow, budgeting, forecasting, and business partnering, alongside the opportunity to develop leadership experience.

Key Responsibilities
- Preparation of monthly management accounts
- Month-end journals, accruals, prepayments, and reconciliations
- Variance analysis and financial performance reporting
- Cash flow forecasting and working capital management
- Budgeting and forecasting
- Supporting audit and year-end processes
- Oversight of transactional finance processes
About You
- Ideally ACA/ACCA/CIMA part-qualified or AAT qualified
- Practice experience would be highly desirable
- Exposure to accounts preparation, management accounts, and/or audit
- Strong understanding of double-entry bookkeeping and reconciliations

Salary
£35,000–£45,000 depending on experience
