An established business in March is looking to recruit an experienced Management Accountant to join its finance team in a broad and varied role. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys a hands-on environment and wants to play an active part in supporting the day-to-day running of a finance function.

You will report to an experienced Finance Director who is a proven leader.
Responsibilities
- Preparation of monthly management accounts and supporting analysis
- Supporting accurate and timely financial reporting
- Assisting with budgets, forecasts, and variance analysis
- Balance sheet reconciliations and general ledger integrity
- Working closely with wider teams to provide financial insight
- Work closely with the auditors at tear-end.

About You
- Experience in a Management Accountant or similar role
- Strong core accounting and reporting skills
- Comfortable working in a hands-on, adaptable environment
- Good communication skills and ability to work with non-finance colleagues
