Our job is to help keep our customers’ assets legally compliant, operational and, above all, safe. We achieve this by bringing together a team of the very best and most talented people.

Our Group Finance Team is a core, central function supporting the business end-to-end. By providing accurate insight, strong financial governance and trusted support, the Finance Team plays a key role in enabling informed decision-making and supporting the continued growth of the Group.

What will you be doing?

As a Management Accountant for our Infrastructure division, you will play a key role in delivering accurate financial reporting, robust financial control and meaningful commercial insight. Reporting to the Divisional Finance Director, you will have genuine ownership of your area, exposure to senior stakeholders and the opportunity to support a growing and evolving business.

You will:

  • Take full responsibility for the divisional profit and loss account, balance sheet and cash flow reporting
  • Produce accurate monthly management accounts within agreed deadlines
  • Review and analyse revenues and costs, providing detailed commentary and variance analysis
  • Prepare and post month-end journals including accruals, prepayments and consolidated invoice journals
  • Maintain balance sheet reconciliations and ensure strong financial controls
  • Support budgeting, forecasting and reporting activities for internal and external stakeholders
  • Identify and implement opportunities to improve finance processes and systems
  • Assist with the annual audit process
  • Attend monthly meetings with the executive team and budget owners to review financial performance
  • Support the integration of accounting processes across the wider Group
  • Deliver ad hoc financial reporting, analysis and regulatory reporting as required

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
