As a Management Accountant in Oxfordshire
You'll play a key role in ensuring the smooth financial operation of a rapidly expanding business. Your day-to-day will involve preparing accurate financial reports and providing insights to aid effective decision-making.

Description
- Prepare and analyse financial statements and management reports.
- Assist with budgeting and forecasting processes.
- Support month-end and year-end close activities.
- Provide financial insights to guide decision-making.
- Ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulations.
- Collaborate with internal teams to streamline financial processes.
- Monitor and report on key financial performance indicators.
- Assist in audit preparation and liaise with auditors as needed.

Profile
A Successful Management Accountant Needs To Have
- A professional qualification in accounting or finance (ACA, ACCA, CIMA)
- Experience in preparing financial reports and budgets.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in financial reporting.
- Proficiency in financial software and Microsoft Excel.
- Knowledge of accounting standards and regulations.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
