A fast-paced, private equity-backed business is looking for a Management Accountant to join its growing finance team.
We're partnering with a dynamic and fast-paced organisation in West London that is looking to appoint a Management Accountant to strengthen its already robust finance team. This is an excellent opportunity for a qualified or part-qualified (ACCA/CIMA) accountant who enjoys working in a commercially focused environment and taking ownership of the month-end process.
Key Responsibilities:
- Own the end-to-end preparation of the monthly management accounts.
- Lead the month-end close, ensuring accurate and timely financial reporting.
- Prepare balance sheet reconciliations and investigate any variances.
- Analyse financial performance, identifying trends and providing insightful commentary.
- Support budgeting, forecasting and cash flow reporting.
- Partner with operational stakeholders to improve financial understanding and performance.
- Identify opportunities to improve processes, controls and reporting within the finance function.
- Support ad hoc commercial analysis and projects as the business continues to grow.

About You:
- Qualified or part-qualified (ACCA or CIMA).
- Previous experience preparing management accounts from start to finish.
- Experience within a private equity-backed or fast-growth business is highly desirable.
- Strong Excel skills and confidence working with finance systems.
- A proactive, organised individual who enjoys working in a fast-moving environment and taking ownership of their work.
