About the Role

What You'll Be Doing
- Preparing insightful monthly management accounts and commentary that drive business decisions.
- Partnering with department heads to shape budgets, forecasts, and performance analysis.
- Owning balance sheet reconciliations and ensuring accuracy across financial data.
- Providing reports that turn numbers into clarity - helping teams understand the story behind the figures.
- Supporting external audits and assisting with ad hoc projects alongside the Finance Manager.
- Identifying opportunities to improve systems, streamline reporting, and strengthen financial controls.
What You'll Bring
- A minimum of two years' experience in management accounting or a related role.
- CIMA/ACCA part-qualified and eager to keep developing professionally.
- Strong communication skills - able to explain finance in plain English to colleagues from all backgrounds.
- A team-first mindset, great attention to detail, and solid Excel skills.
- Any familiarity with Power BI or similar reporting tools is a bonus.
