Junior Management Accountant
Established in 2005, the TXM Group is a dynamic and fast-growing recruitment and consulting business which currently comprises 14 brands, totalling 450 staff, spanning the UK, US, Canada, Australia and the Middle East.
This is a fantastic opportunity to join our finance team, with ownership of entity P&L and Balance sheet as well as opportunity to business partner with the wider business to support decision making and forecasting.
Key Responsibilities:
- Preparation of the Management Accounts to include P&L and Balance Sheet.
- Providing reports, insight and analysis on gross margin and overhead variances against both forecast and budget.
- Work in close collaboration to support commercial & operational team, with visibility of the senior management team.
- Ownership of reconciliation of the Balance Sheet, including Invoice Discounting.
- Maintaining and enhancing financial accounting systems, processes and controls.
- Ad hoc support for divisional and group analysis and project work.
- Preparation of Working papers for Annual Statutory Accounts and assisting with audit reviews.
- VAT Calculation, Reconciliation, Reporting & Submission to HMRC.

The talent we are after:
- Working towards becoming a qualified accountant (apprenticeship support offered as part of role)
- Strong communicator, able to collaborate with stakeholders inside and outside of finance.
- Excellent organisation skills with a high level of attention to detail.
- Good problem solving and analytical skills.
- Driven, flexible and with a “can do” attitude
