Exciting opportunity for a commercially minded Management Accountant to join a growing international business at a key point of transformation.

Reporting to the Financial Controller, you'll take ownership of month-end reporting while providing insight across margin, inventory, working capital, and performance. With a finance restructure underway and further growth anticipated, this is a role offering genuine visibility, responsibility, and development potential.

What you'll do

  • Own the month-end process, including management accounts, P&L, balance sheet reconciliations, and cash flow reporting.
  • Provide meaningful commentary on performance, variances, costs, and margins.
  • Support budgeting, forecasting, and monthly business reviews.
  • Monitor working capital and cash flow.
  • Maintain strong financial controls and reconciliations, supporting audit and compliance requirements.
  • Identify opportunities to improve finance processes, systems, and reporting.
  • Work closely with the Financial Controller and wider business to turn financial data into actionable insight.

What you'll bring

  • Newly qualified or finalist-level CIMA, ACCA, or ACA.
  • At least 2 years' experience in management accounting, financial analysis, or financial control.
  • A commercially minded approach, with the confidence to question numbers and understand the drivers behind performance.
  • Strong analytical skills.
  • Advanced Excel skills and experience working with ERP/financial systems.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to build relationships across finance and non-finance teams.
  • Most importantly, the appetite to take ownership, develop, and progress within a growing finance function.

Package & working pattern

  • Salary: £45,000 - £55,000 per annum, plus bonus, private medical, and enhanced pension.
  • Genuine scope to develop alongside a finance function undergoing significant change and growth.
  • Hybrid: 4 days a week on site.
