We Do Group are recruiting a Management Accountant for a fast-paced, private equity-backed technology business.
This is a great opportunity for an ambitious accountant who wants to take real ownership of the numbers while gaining broader exposure across FP&A, senior leadership, and people management.
Reporting directly to the Head of FP&A, you’ll own the end-to-end management accounts process, work closely with the Finance Director and wider business, and manage and develop one team member.

What will you be doing?
- Own the end-to-end production of monthly and consolidated management accounts
- Produce Board and Executive reporting packs
- Deliver insightful P&L, sales, customer, and R&D reporting
- Support budgeting and forecasting
- Partner with key stakeholders across the business
- Drive improvements across reporting, processes, controls, and automation
- Manage, coach, and develop one direct report
What are we looking for?
- Part-qualified, finalist, or actively studying towards ACA, ACCA, or CIMA
- Strong management accounting and month-end experience
- Advanced Excel skills
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
- Experience developing others, or the ambition to step into people management
- Proactive, hands-on, and motivated by continuous improvement
- SaaS/technology experience would be advantageous but isn’t essential
