Management Accountant/FM | Media | £55,000 plus disc. bonus | Central London (Hybrid)
Goodman Masson are delighted to be exclusively partnering with a global, PE-backed Media business who are looking to hire into their London team. Hybrid working, 3 days in the office and 2 from home.
This is a fantastic opportunity for a technically strong NQ Auditor wanting to transition into a Management Accountant/Finance Manager role to take ownership of core reporting and control across a multi-entity, international group, working closely with the Finance Controller and senior leadership through an exciting period of growth.
With significant private equity backing, the company is scaling quickly across the UK and internationally. Finance is central to that growth story, with the team responsible for keeping reporting, compliance and cash control tight across multiple jurisdictions as new entities come on board.

The Role
This position will suit someone who wants real ownership of the numbers, not just a supporting role in producing them. You'll take the lead on monthly reporting and balance sheet control across several international entities, working closely with an outsourced finance function to keep the month-end cycle efficient and accurate. Alongside this, you'll get involved in wider process improvement and system projects as the finance function matures.
Key Responsibilities
- Own monthly balance sheet and cashflow reporting across the UK and overseas entities
- Take responsibility for statutory filings, including VAT returns, ensuring all deadlines are met
- Review fixed asset registers and monitor intercompany/retained earnings positions across the group
- Support on budgeting and forecasting activity
- Lead on initiatives to improve working capital and reduce debtor days
- Support the build-out of more robust cashflow forecasting across the group

What We're Looking For
- Qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA or equivalent) ideally mid-tier audit/accounts firm
- Strong technical grounding in UK reporting standards, with comfort operating across multiple jurisdictions
- Advanced Excel skills and experience with finance systems/ERP
