Description
- Prepare and analyse financial reports to support operational decision-making.
- Maintain accurate budgets and forecasts for various departments.
- Work closely with operational teams to track performance metrics.
- Provide detailed variance analysis and recommendations for improvement.
- Ensure compliance with financial regulations and internal policies.
- Assist in the preparation of month-end and year-end accounts.
- Review and improve financial controls and processes.
- Support ad-hoc financial projects as required.

Profile
A successful Management Accountant - Operations should have:
- A professional accounting qualification or relevant degree.
- Strong analytical skills with a focus on operational finance.
- Experience in budgeting, forecasting and variance analysis.
- Knowledge of financial regulations and compliance standards.
- Proficiency in financial software and Microsoft Excel.
- An ability to communicate financial information clearly to non-finance stakeholders.
- A proactive approach to problem-solving and process improvement.

Job Offer
- Annual salary between £45,000 and £50,000, dependent on the level of experience.
- A 10% bonus.
