Management Accountant (Production Finance)

We are looking for a Management Accountant (Production Finance) to join the National Theatre's Production Finance team on a 7-month Fixed Term Contract.

About the Role

The purpose of this role is to provide management accounting support for the National Theatre and to assist the Deputy Director of Finance in providing the best financial reporting to stakeholders. The post-holder will work closely with finance colleagues and key stakeholders providing timely and accurate information.

  • The post holder must be qualified in a professional accounting qualification (ACA, ACCA or CIMA).
  • Excellent numeracy and Microsoft Excel skills. Must be confident in manipulating data in spreadsheets and using those to present financial analysis in a clear and concise manner.
  • Highly organised, with the ability to manage competing priorities, take ownership of work and maintain excellent accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Works collaboratively within and across teams to achieve shared goals, while taking a proactive and practical approach to solving problems.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build effective working relationships in person and online and explain financial information clearly to non-finance stakeholders.
