Management Accountant
As a Management Accountant at this children's charity in London, you will be responsible for budgeting, management accountants, forecasting and partnering with budget holders to provide financial insight and guide decision-making. The role also supervises an Assistant Management Accountant and supports broader finance and reporting services.

Description
- Prepare accurate budgets and forecasts for financial planning.
- Monitor and report on financial performance, identifying trends and variances.
- Manage month-end and year-end processes, ensuring compliance with regulations.
- Influence decision-making by providing financial insights and analysis.
- Work with teams to ensure proper allocation and use of resources.
- Assist in maintaining financial controls and procedures.
- Produce reports for internal and external stakeholders as required.
- Work closely with auditors and provide necessary documentation.

Profile
A successful Management Accountant should have:
- Proven experience in budgeting and financial reporting.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Professional accountancy qualification (e.g., ACCA, CIMA, ACA).
- Attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.
- Experience working in the not-for-profit sector is beneficial.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

Job Offer
- Competitive salary between £55,000 and £60,000, dependent on the level of experience.
