🧮 Management Accountant

We are delighted to be hiring for a Management Accountant to join a fast-growing, well-known FMCG brand. This is a great opportunity for a technically strong finance professional to take ownership of management accounting in a fast-paced, product-led business.

What you'll be doing:

  • Overseeing the preparation of management accounts, P&L, balance sheets and other reports for senior leadership and stakeholders, including cost centre analysis and reporting
  • Managing COGS, waste, inlogs & outlogs (including temp P&L) - P&L & balance sheet analysis
  • Liaising with department managers to provide financial support and interpret financial data for non-financial personnel
  • Contributing to budget and forecast processes
  • Identifying and assessing business risks, ensuring compliance with financial regulations, and maintaining financial controls
  • Cross-training across other areas of management accounts to ensure full holiday and sickness cover across the team
  • Supporting the Transactional Finance team as and when the business requires

What you’ll need:

  • An experienced finance professional, ideally from a product-led or FMCG business
  • Proven people leadership skills, with experience leading and developing a team
  • Technically strong, process-driven, and passionate about systems, automation and efficiency
  • Comfortable in a fast-paced, high-growth environment, able to build structure and controls under pressure
  • Detail-oriented and collaborative, with the confidence to influence senior stakeholders
  • Confident communicator able to influence across all levels of the business
  • Intermediate/advanced Excel skills essential
  • Ability to work under pressure and within tight timeframes
  • Sage experience preferable
