Management Accountant (Full-time, Permanent) Hybrid - 3 office days in the Aylesford office

What does a Management Accountant role mean at Prinova? The Management Accountant at prinova will partner with key stakeholders in operations and commercial to find business synergies. The focus of this role is to find ways to improve business performance and help to build scenarios to make the best decisions.

What to expect?

  • Annual budgets, monthly forecasts and quarterly business review
  • Update of pricing and costing system
  • Monitor standard labour hours and working closely with production for potential improvements
  • Profitability analysis in capex and projects
  • Coordination of some key annual tenders
  • Back up on pricing on the spot
  • Assist as required in Financial accounting (month end, audit, etc)
  • Other finance tasks ad hoc

Does this sound like you?

  • Education to GCSE standard minimum
  • Qualified accountancy in CIMA
  • Proficiency in Word, Excel and Outlook to a minimum of high standard
  • Demonstrable organisational skills and use of initiative in order to resolve issues
  • Good level of numeracy and literacy
  • Good Communication and Teamwork skills
  • Ability to work to deadlines and prioritise workload
  • Experience in a management accounting role
