Management Accountant
Kennedypearce are hiring a technically focused Management Accountant role responsible for Group audit, statutory accounts and regulatory reporting, working closely with auditors and teams across the wider business. This role reports into the Financial Controller and will be based in a fun office, 4 days per week.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the Group audit and act as a key contact for auditors.
- Lead the preparation and filing of annual statutory accounts.
- Coordinate audit evidence and supporting information across the business.
- Prepare joint venture accounting statements.
- Prepare and file the Group VAT return.
- Calculate and report the PAYE Settlement Agreement.
- Prepare and file ONS reports for Group companies.
- Support the maintenance of an effective financial control framework.
- Work closely with offshore accounting, royalties, and Tax teams.

Ideal Candidate

- Newly qualified accountant — ACA preferred.
- Strong audit background, ideally from a Top 10 accountancy firm.
- Strong technical accounting skills and excellent attention to detail.
- Confident dealing with auditors and stakeholders across the business.
- Highly organised and able to manage multiple deadlines.
- Advanced/strong Excel skills.
