Management Accountant | HyKit | Bicester

HyKit designs and delivers hydrogen infrastructure solutions, including mobile refuelling, gas storage and compression systems. Working at the forefront of clean energy and industrial technology, we develop rugged, modular products engineered for demanding environments across construction, transport and agriculture.

HyKit is part of the wider portfolio of HydraB Group, developing the hydrogen and electrification technology, infrastructure and energy solutions driving the UK towards net zero.

This is a key finance hire as the business scales, working closely with the Finance Director on the numbers that matter as HyKit moves into its next phase.

The role

As Management Accountant, you'll own month-end reporting, budgeting, forecasting and weekly cashflow, while also getting stuck into stock accounting and general finance team support. You'll report directly to the Finance Director. This role suits someone who wants exposure across the full finance function in a hands-on manufacturing environment, not just management accounts in isolation.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
