Management Accountant Opportunity
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Management Accountant to join a growing Aerospace & Defence manufacturing group in North Bristol.
This is a great time to join the business. With an ambitious acquisition-led growth strategy, further acquisitions planned and significant investment in systems and automation, the finance function is evolving rapidly, and this role will evolve with it.
You'll have the opportunity to:
- Take real ownership of management accounting, reporting and financial analysis
- Gain exposure to acquisitions, integration and group finance
- Work across multiple businesses and manufacturing environments
- Get involved in automation, systems integration and process improvement
- Influence how the finance function develops as the group grows
- Work closely with senior stakeholders and gain broad commercial exposure
- Develop your career with a genuine opportunity to progress into a Finance Manager role within 2–3 years

Requirements
We're looking for a hands-on Management Accountant with experience in manufacturing, Aerospace & Defence or a similarly operational environment. Relevant experience is key, and professional studies such as CIMA, ACCA or ACA would be advantageous.
If you're looking for a role where you can grow with the business, broaden your experience and build towards Finance Manager level, this could be an excellent next move.
