Management Associate – Birmingham

After successful expansions to Liverpool and Newcastle, we've taken on more client resource in Birmingham. SRS is looking for driven, ambitious people to join our Birmingham City Centre team as a Management Associate.

This entry-level management role suits graduates, career starters and anyone who wants hands-on experience in business development, leadership, client campaigns and day-to-day operations.

Due to the pace at which we need to grow, this role does not necessarily require experience. We'll give you structured training, and you'll work alongside experienced team members as you build the commercial and leadership skills to progress with us.

The Role

As a Management Associate, you'll get practical experience in:

  • Business development and commercial operations
  • Delivering client campaigns
  • Professional communication and customer engagement
  • Tracking performance and KPIs
  • Coordinating and leading a team
  • Training and developing new team members
  • Planning and managing campaigns
