Meridian is looking for ambitious individuals to join our growing Middlesbrough team as Management Associates.
This is an entry-level opportunity for people looking to develop practical experience across business, management, leadership, and entrepreneurship. No previous management experience is required. Full training and ongoing development are provided.
The Opportunity
Our Management Development Programme provides hands-on experience across the skills involved in managing people, driving performance, and growing a business. You'll develop a broad commercial and management skill set, with exposure to:

Experience in hospitality, retail, customer service, events, or other people-focused environments can be useful, but no previous experience is required.
