Looking to fast-track your career into management while gaining real business experience from day one?

Meridian is hiring motivated individuals to join our growing team in Middlesbrough as we expand across the North East.

About Meridian

Meridian is an expanding sales and marketing organisation supporting a portfolio of established UK clients across multiple sectors. Our focus is on delivering high-quality customer engagement, strengthening client relationships, and supporting long-term growth through effective campaign execution.

Following the recent acquisition of a new client contract within the North East, and increased demand across the region, we are looking to onboard and develop individuals who can support the delivery, coordination, and ongoing management of these campaigns. This growth creates opportunities for those looking to build careers in client services, account management, and business operations.

About the Role

We are currently recruiting for a Management Associate (Entry-Level) to join our structured development programme.

This role provides hands-on experience in campaign coordination, performance tracking (KPIs), team support, and business operations. You will work alongside experienced managers to develop an understanding of how campaigns are delivered, how teams are managed, and how client objectives are achieved.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
