Job Title: Program Manager – Business Transformation

Location: Hybrid (3 days onsite at Central Saint Giles)
Job Type: Contract (12 months+)

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Program Manager to lead business and sales transformation initiatives across commercial operations. This role will bridge business and technology teams to improve forecasting, processes, and operational performance.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead business transformation, sales transformation, and change management programs from strategy through implementation.
  • Drive sales/business forecasting, planning, reporting, and performance management initiatives.
  • Partner with Sales, Finance, Operations, Product, and Engineering to translate business needs into technology solutions.
  • Manage program roadmaps, requirements, dependencies, risks, and Agile delivery.
  • Drive process optimization, technology adoption, and change management across global teams.
  • Partner with senior stakeholders to align priorities and deliver measurable business outcomes.

Required Qualifications

  • 8+ years in program management, business transformation, sales transformation, or management consulting.
  • Strong techno-functional experience bridging business requirements and technology delivery.
  • Experience with Sales or Finance, particularly forecasting, planning, or business performance.
  • Proven experience in change management and cross-functional transformation.
  • Strong stakeholder management and experience working with senior leadership.
  • Experience with Agile program/product delivery and technology-enabled process improvement.
