Role Purpose

To provide expert management consulting and business analysis services to clients worldwide. The primary focus is on diagnosing client businesses, designing and leading process optimisation and operational excellence projects, delivering structured training in project management and process improvement methods, and conducting research and development (R&D) for clients.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct comprehensive business diagnostics for clients: assess current functions, objectives, processes, organisational structure, performance metrics and operational requirements.
  • Identify inefficiencies, bottlenecks and opportunities in business strategy, policy, organisation, procedures, methods and markets.
  • Design and lead end-to-end consulting projects focused on process optimisation and operational excellence.
  • Collect, analyse and interpret quantitative and qualitative data using appropriate research methodologies; formulate clear recommendations and implementation roadmaps.
  • Deliver structured training programmes and workshops for clients on project management and process optimisation methods as part of the wider service function.
  • Conduct research and development (R&D) for clients aimed at solving their business challenges and improving performance, with a high degree of market research and report writing.
  • Prepare client reports, business cases, recommendations and progress tracking materials; present findings and solutions to senior stakeholders.
  • Coordinate the implementation of agreed recommendations, track benefits realisation and provide ongoing advisory support.
  • Maintain accurate project documentation, RAID logs and knowledge capture.

Essential Requirements

  • Higher education and proven professional experience in business, management, operations or a related field.
  • Demonstrable experience in management consulting, business analysis or process optimisation involving client diagnostics and project delivery.
  • Experience working with companies of different scales and industry sectors, primarily manufacturing and services, and experience working with companies in different countries.
  • Strong practical knowledge of process optimisation methodologies and project management frameworks.
  • Ability to analyse complex organisational problems, design practical solutions and support their implementation.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to facilitate workshops, train adult professionals and present to directors / senior managers.
  • Ability to work independently on client projects.
  • Experience transferring knowledge and building client capabilities so that improvements are sustainable after project completion.
  • Experience working with both C-level stakeholders and operational teams.
  • Ability to track and measure the business impact of implemented recommendations (benefits realisation).
  • English Language at a professional proficiency.

Desirable Requirements

  • Professional certifications (PMP, PRINCE2, Agile/Scrum, etc.).
  • Experience delivering training or facilitating workshops for corporate clients.
  • International experience working with clients from different regions.
  • Experience managing multiple concurrent client projects.
  • Russian Language is beneficial.
