Aerospace & Defence Management Consultant

Location: London or Manchester (Hybrid & Client Site)

Salary: Up to £65,000 (London) / £60,000 (Manchester)

I'm working with a globally recognised consulting firm that is expanding its Aerospace & Defence practice and is looking for ambitious consultants to join its growing team.

This is an opportunity to work alongside some of the UK's leading Aerospace & Defence organisations, supporting major transformation programmes that are shaping the future of the sector.

The Role

You'll work as part of high-performing consulting teams delivering business transformation, operational improvement and digital change programmes across complex client environments.

  • Delivering workstreams on large transformation programmes.
  • Working directly with client stakeholders to solve business challenges.
  • Analysing data and developing practical recommendations.
  • Supporting strategy, business change and implementation activities.
  • Facilitating workshops and contributing to client presentations.
  • Helping shape future consulting propositions and client offerings.

What We're Looking For

  • 3+ years' consulting experience within Aerospace & Defence, or 5+ years delivering transformation within industry.
  • Experience working on transformation or change programmes.
  • Strong client-facing and stakeholder management skills.
  • Experience in one or more of the following:
    • Supply Chain
    • Operational Improvement
    • Manufacturing
    • Quality Management
    • Sourcing & Procurement
    • Digital Engineering
    • Complex Programme Delivery
    • Services
  • Eligible to obtain UK Security Clearance.
