Aerospace & Defence Management Consulting Manager
Location: London or Manchester (Hybrid & Client Site)
Salary: Up to £85,000 (Potential flexibility for exceptional candidates)
I'm partnered with a leading global consultancy that is investing heavily in senior consulting talent to support continued growth across its Aerospace & Defence practice.
They're looking for experienced Managers who can lead complex transformation programmes, build trusted client relationships and develop high-performing consulting teams.
The Role
As a Manager, you'll lead the delivery of large-scale transformation engagements while helping shape the future growth of the practice.
You'll be responsible for:
- Leading consulting teams across complex Aerospace & Defence transformation programmes.
- Owning major workstreams and ensuring high-quality project delivery.
- Building trusted relationships with senior client stakeholders.
- Leading workshops, solving complex business challenges and developing strategic recommendations.
- Supporting business development, proposals and thought leadership.
- Coaching consultants and helping grow the wider practice.

What We're Looking For
- 5+ years' client-facing management consulting experience within Aerospace & Defence, or 8+ years driving transformation within industry.
- Proven experience leading transformation programmes and consulting teams.
- Strong commercial awareness and stakeholder management skills.
- Expertise in one or more of the following:
- Supply Chain
- Operational Improvement
- Manufacturing
- Quality Management
- Sourcing & Procurement
- Digital Engineering
- Complex Programme Delivery
- Services
- Eligible to obtain UK Security Clearance.
