The Role
Capco is seeking experienced Consultants and Senior Consultants to join our growing Finance, Risk, Regulatory & Financial Crime (FRRF) capability. You'll support clients in delivering meaningful change across sanctions and fraud risk, balancing regulatory compliance with innovation. This is an opportunity to deliver impactful transformation while contributing to a collaborative, people-first consultancy. You'll also leverage approved AI tools and AI-enabled ways of working to improve insight, delivery efficiency, and decision-making while applying appropriate human judgement and responsible AI practices.
What You'll Do
- Lead or support advisory and transformation initiatives across financial crime, sanctions, and fraud, leveraging AI-enabled analysis and automation where appropriate to improve delivery and client outcomes.
- Deliver operating model redesigns, technology enablement, and cost optimisation across the three lines of defence, identifying opportunities to enhance efficiency through AI-enabled workflows and intelligent automation.
- Support clients managing regulatory reviews, remediation programmes, and operational backlogs while ensuring appropriate governance and oversight of AI-assisted outputs.
- Benchmark and assess controls, identify gaps, and design practical solutions that strengthen risk management using data-driven insights and responsible AI techniques where appropriate.
- Contribute to proposition development, client offerings, business development, and thought leadership across the financial crime and fraud domain.

What We're Looking For
- Experience delivering financial crime transformation within financial services or management consulting.
- Strong understanding of sanctions, fraud prevention, investigations, and the wider financial crime landscape.
- Familiarity with financial crime technology, operational processes, automation, and AI-enabled solutions that improve operational effectiveness.
- Strong analytical, stakeholder management, and communication skills, with experience using approved AI tools to enhance analysis, productivity, and delivery.
- A collaborative approach and commitment to responsible AI adoption within regulated financial services environments.
Bonus Points For
- Programme or Project Management or Business Analysis experience within financial crime transformation.
- Experience designing and implementing target operating models and financial crime control frameworks.
- Experience delivering automation, AI-enabled analytics, or advanced technology solutions across AML, sanctions, or fraud transformation.
- Previous consulting experience within financial services.
- For senior candidates, experience leading teams, developing propositions, supporting business development, and contributing to client growth.
