Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with the internal team to understand learning objectives, target audiences, and source content for digital learning modules.
  • Analyse content and develop detailed storyboards that translate technical or business information into engaging, learner-centred experiences.
  • Explore discussions to identify opportunities for interactive learning elements, scenarios, knowledge checks, simulations, branching activities, and other instructional strategies that enhance learner engagement and knowledge retention.
  • Design, develop, and publish high-quality eLearning modules using Articulate Storyline and Articulate Rise, ensuring alignment with instructional design best practices and organisational standards.
  • Transform complex information into clear, accessible, and visually engaging digital learning experiences that meet defined learning outcomes.
  • Incorporate multimedia assets, interactions, animations, assessments, and accessibility features to create effective and engaging learning content.
  • Conduct quality assurance testing to ensure modules function correctly across devices and learning management systems (LMS), resolving technical or content-related issues as needed.
  • Facilitate review cycles with the internal team, gathering, documenting, and implementing feedback while maintaining version control throughout the development process.
  • Manage multiple Digital eLearning development projects simultaneously, ensuring deliverables are completed on time and within agreed project milestones.
  • Maintain consistency in branding, visual design, tone, and learning standards across all digital learning content.
  • Work closely with the internal team to continuously improve learning solutions and development processes.

  • Experience developing engaging eLearning content using Articulate Storyline 360 and Articulate Rise 360.
  • Strong understanding of instructional design principles and adult learning methodologies.
  • Demonstrated ability to translate SME-provided content into engaging, learner-focused digital learning experiences.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong storyboarding skills, with the ability to structure content into logical, engaging learning journeys.
  • Experience designing interactive learning elements.
  • High attention to detail, with excellent proofreading, testing, and quality assurance skills.
  • Ability to work independently, taking ownership of assigned projects, while also collaborating effectively within cross-functional teams.
  • Knowledge of accessibility standards (e.g. WCAG) and responsive eLearning design would be advantageous.
