One of the couple must be a Chef, with the other leading the front of house as an exceptional host.
We're working with a fantastic independent pub with rooms in the heart of West Sussex, looking for an ambitious management couple to take this already successful business to the next level.
This is a genuine opportunity to run the business as if it were your own, with the freedom to shape the food offering, drinks selection, and guest experience, while being rewarded directly for your success.
Package
- Earnings based on 20% of wet sales and 25% of food and room revenue
- Beautiful two-bedroom live-in apartment, finished to the same high standard as the hotel, with stunning countryside views
- All accommodation bills included

The Role
- Full responsibility for the day-to-day running and financial performance of the business
- Manage stock control, ordering, rotas, and P and L
- Recruit, develop, and inspire a high-performing team
- Create seasonal menus, wine lists, and drinks offerings that reflect your vision
- Deliver outstanding guest experiences and drive both product quality and profitability

About You
- One partner is an experienced fresh food Chef
- The other is a natural people person with strong front-of-house leadership skills
- Commercially minded with a solid understanding of P and L management
- Passionate about hospitality, with a proven track record of delivering excellent guest experiences
- Hands-on, energetic, and driven to build a thriving business
