Management Information Analyst

In this role, you will design and deliver dashboards and MI models that inform business decisions across multiple teams. Your analytical expertise will directly support our mission by enabling smarter, faster, and more impactful choices every day.

What You'll Do

  • Develop and maintain interactive MI models, reports, and dashboards using Power BI and similar tools.
  • Build new dashboards and reporting solutions in response to evolving business needs.
  • Provide analytical support to Business Development, Operations, and Finance teams.
  • Ensure data integrity across systems by designing audits and communicating corrective actions.
  • Produce regulatory reporting accurately and within required deadlines.
  • Deliver ad-hoc analysis to support strategic and operational decision-making.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to translate data into actionable business insight.

What You Bring

  • Previous experience in an analytical or Management Information role.
  • Strong dashboard development skills using Power BI Desktop or equivalent reporting tools.
  • Knowledge of relational databases and SQL.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office, including VBA.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain technical topics to diverse audiences.
  • A practical, problem-solving mindset with strong attention to detail.
  • Degree-level qualification or equivalent, with GCSE Maths and English at Grade C or above.
