Role Description

The Management Information Officer is a full-time position. In this role, the individual maintains and updates learner and organizational data across management information systems, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timely reporting. Daily tasks include:

The role involves working closely with training and support teams to:

  • Track learner progress
  • Identify data quality issues
  • Implement improvements in reporting processes

The Management Information Officer also contributes to system enhancements, supports audits, and helps ensure that data is used effectively to improve outcomes for learners and organizational performance.

Qualifications

  • Candidates should possess strong analytical skills to interpret data, identify trends, and produce clear, accurate reports.
  • Candidates should possess effective communication skills to present information to non-technical stakeholders and collaborate with internal teams.
  • Candidates should possess solid information management skills to maintain accurate records, ensure data integrity, and support compliance requirements.
  • Candidates should possess customer service skills to respond promptly and professionally to information requests from staff, learners, and partners.
  • Candidates should possess information technology skills, including proficiency with spreadsheets, databases, and management information systems.
  • Relevant experience in education, training, or a data-focused administrative environment is beneficial.
  • Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to work to deadlines are essential.
  • A relevant qualification in data management, IT, business administration, or a related field is advantageous.
