Independent Training Provider | Plymouth | £25,500–£28,750

This is a fantastic opportunity to join an ambitious and growing training group at an exciting point in its journey!

With centres across Bristol, Plymouth, Exeter, and Cornwall, the group is currently in the midst of an exciting period of expansion, with big plans for continued growth and development. For the right person, this is a great time to get a foot in the door, become part of the journey, and grow alongside the organisation.

The group is looking for an MIS & Compliance Administrator to join the busy team in Plymouth. This is a key position, supporting the accurate management of learner and employer records, apprenticeship enrolments, achievements, and funding documentation.

The role would suit someone who enjoys working with data, systems, and processes, takes pride in accuracy, and wants to build their career within MIS, compliance, education, or apprenticeships. Previous MIS experience in the education sector would be advantageous, but my client is equally open to someone with strong administration skills, the right attitude, and a genuine willingness to learn.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
