Role Description

The Management Intern role at CleverFi is a full-time remote role on UK, Lisbon time. In this role, the intern supports day-to-day operations, including assisting with project coordination, documenting processes, and preparing reports and presentations for management. The intern helps analyze data related to customer onboarding, network performance, and operational efficiency, contributing to continuous improvement initiatives. Responsibilities also include:

Qualifications

  • Ability to analyze data, prepare reports, and present findings in a clear, structured manner.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills to support multiple projects and tasks.
  • Effective written and verbal communication skills for collaboration with cross-functional teams.
  • Comfort with basic productivity and collaboration tools (e.g., spreadsheets, presentation software, project management platforms).
  • Interest in Wi-Fi, networking, or technology-driven customer experience solutions.
  • Demonstrated problem-solving mindset and willingness to take initiative in a dynamic environment.
  • Ability to work on-site in the Lisbon Metropolitan Area and adapt to a fast-paced team setting.
  • Enrollment in or recent completion of a degree in Management, Business, Engineering, or a related field is preferred.
