Role Description
The Management Intern role at Supch is a full-time, on-site position based in the London Area, United Kingdom. The intern will assist with day-to-day operational oversight, including tracking logistics activities, preparing internal reports, and supporting coordination between warehouse, transport, and customer service teams. Responsibilities may include analyzing performance data, documenting processes, and helping identify opportunities to improve efficiency, cost-effectiveness, and service quality. The intern will participate in meetings with management to review key metrics, support project planning, and contribute to implementing new tools or workflows. This role offers exposure to core logistics functions, management practices, and cross-functional collaboration in a fast-evolving environment.

- Interest in logistics, supply chain management, or operations, with a desire to learn how modern logistics organizations function.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with comfort working with data, spreadsheets, and basic reporting tools.
- Effective communication and collaboration skills, including the ability to work with diverse teams and present findings clearly.
- Organizational skills and attention to detail, with the capacity to manage multiple tasks, prioritize, and meet deadlines.
- Proficiency in common office software (e.g., Microsoft Office or Google Workspace); familiarity with logistics or ERP systems is a plus.
- Ability to work on-site in the London Area, United Kingdom, and adapt to a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in business, management, logistics, engineering, or a related field is preferred.
- Demonstrated initiative, curiosity, and willingness to take on responsibility under guidance from supervisors and mentors.
