We have a new No.2 Deputy Manager vacancy you don’t want to miss in our X store!
We’re looking for an experienced Deputy Manager who is looking to take on their next big challenge and assist in running the store alongside our Store Manager. Be prepared to work hard and stay ready for anything, leading from the front and motivating the team around you is key in being successful as a No.2.
About what you’ll be doing
- Coaching and developing your team to exceed every expectation
- Encouraging the team to deliver the most exceptional shopping experience on the high street ensuring our customers feel like they have had the best journey from start to finish
- Recruiting and training new talent
- Working alongside the Store Manager to set goals, achieve targets and drive KPIs
- Striving for operational excellence
- Maximising store profitability
- Celebrating achievements
- Promoting the schuh brand through our service values
- Creating exciting new store displays with the freedom to make commercial decisions within our visual merchandising guidelines
- Adhering to company policies and guidelines
- Running the store in the Store Manager’s Absence
